I was searching for budget cars for this post, and found something absolutely amazing. Okay, so maybe the Hyundai Accent at entry level is not the flashiest car or the sportiest model, but you know what? The base price is just about ten thousand dollars, and even with add ons and options, it does not get much more expensive than that.
Finally! A car that does not cost as much as or even more than the yearly tuition for an affordable college! Who would have thought?
And this car has some great standard features, such as a CD stereo with six speakers; a steering wheel wrapped in leather; air conditioning; pretty stylish metallic accents; and a B&M manual sport shifter.
For 10K or so, that’s really not so shabby!

These people must have really, really thought that the Cube was a cool car – however I don’t. I think that it is definitely an ugly car and honestly, it did not seem like it did very well, seeing as I do not see them advertising anymore. However, the Daihatsu Deca Deca Concept is developing the super cube – it is actually a car that you can live in!
This little funky cube actually has a flat floor and pretty much flat everything else – pillarless doors that render the interior kinda strange. There are fold-up seats, a table and even an LCD TV, which is pretty damn cool.
The room inside the Daihatsu Deca Deca Concept is actually amazing too, because really … this little concept car has a heck of a lot of room inside of it.

Speaking of used cars, you also have to realize that there is a time and a place where buying a used car would be the worst idea in the world.
More often than not, that occurs when you absolutely need a vehicle right that second. You may not be in the best position to buy a car then. Of course, that does not really help, does it? If you need a car, you need a car, period.
However, you are in a vulnerable place at a time like that, and you may wind up buying a car that does not run so great simply because you are in need. When that happens, you are most likely going to have to take advantage of the Lemon Law pretty quickly.
Try to take as much time as you can to really be able to test drive a used vehicle and make sure it does not have any problems that are going to pop up and bite you as soon as you drive off the lot.

By far, one of the biggest decisions that you, as an adult is going to have to make is finding the right car for you. I know that whenever I pick out my car, it is going to be used and it is going to be a huge decision. If you are thinking about buying a car – there are a few steps and tips that you should follow, especially if you are buying a used car.
Used cars, in this day and age tend to be the best option, if only because they are cheaper and they tend to be a better deal. After all, you could drive a used car for quite a while and save all sorts of money where if you lease a car – you are always stuck with a car payment.
Whenever you are buying a used car though, you always want to make sure that you run it through carfax, that way you will not be surprised if the car has any problems or to find out if it has been in any accidents.

If you are the type of person that has been waiting … and waiting and waiting for a brand new VW to come out … here is a sneak preview for you! The Frankfurt Motor Show is right around the corner and seriously – the brand new Volkswagen Golf R20 had to leak out at some point right? This car – while it might have a small fan base in the US is certainly gaining more and more attention.
The Volkswagen Golf R20 is going to be powered up with all sorts of upgrades and feature a 2.0L engine with 265 HP and 258 lb-ft, likely the exact same engine as the Scirocco R20 and it is all kinds of awesome!
To me – VW is the best brand in the world – the cars last and to be perfectly honest, they look incredible. So if you are looking for something chic and inexpensive – VW is always the best option!

When you really take into the account the brand of the car that you choose – Hyundai is going to be the very best label that you can choose. Not only did this particular brand win best car of the year award, but honestly … they have come up with some pretty cool and certainly affordable cars. All of which have done fabulous and all of which are actually some of the best cars on the market.
For example, the 2010 Hyundai Genesis Sedan – while the 2009 might have done really good, they are actually switching around the 2010 version just a little bit and while this is an entry level luxury car, the 2010 Hyundai Genesis Sedan is actually going to be affordable and look fantastic on the road.
The changes in the 2010 Hyundai Genesis Sedan are very vague right now but soon enough … I will get ‘em up here, hopefully!

Yesterday – well folks, for those of you that do not know, the beautiful and luxury Lexus LS 400 was created yesterday twenty years ago and I have to say that it has truly changed the face of the automotive world as we know it! This beautiful, beautiful luxury car – while twenty years old is still kicking!
It is extremely hard to believe that it has been 20 years since Toyota has released this beautiful and luxury brand of cars. The Lexus brand is a brand that certainly changed the face of the luxury car realm and I think that seriously – this is a pretty cool brand all around that is going to make it another twenty years.
So say a little prayer and wish Lexus on another year of being around because seriously – this is a brand of car that I don’t think is going anywhere!

We all know that Ford is paving the way for hybrid cars it seems. While I know that Toyota is the company that came up with them (pretty much right?), I think that Ford is definitely coming up with some pretty interesting things. While personally, Ford is last on my list for cars, I think that the brand new 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid is a car that deserves a third look … because yes, it is actually a car that I have done some research on, dismissed and now it is back!
First, let’s start with the 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid’s look – it does not look like a regular Ford car and that is something that I love … I hate how Ford cars look usually, however, the 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid is definitely a brand new looks for Ford. Another thing that I like is that it has about 43.1 miles per gallon, which is something that I definitely look for.
If you are looking for a car – the 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid is going to be it … seriously.

Well folks, it is officially official. The cat and mouse chase between Porsche and Volkswagen may finally be reaching its peak. Recently at a meeting containing Volkswagen’s advisory board, the members approved an agreement which, ultimately, will allow for Porsche’s assimilation.
At present, Porsche SE has a little more than half of the common shares of Volkswagen, and it has the option for an extra twenty percent. These may be sold to the Emirate of Qatar. After that is completed — the amount of the transaction is unknown — it is expected that Volkswagen will buy shares — 42 percent — of Porsche AG.
Volkswagen will also be buying shares in Porsche Holding Salzburg, which is a trading company belonging to the Piech and Porsche families.
Then, by the end of 2011, it is believed Porsche and Volkswagen will finally merge and become a single company.

Now that we have talked about researching your rental cars before you commit to anything – it is now time to discuss some other ways that you can find discounts and cheap rental cars. To be honest, coupons, whether they are coupons you get via the mail or via e-mail are a fantastic way to ensure that you are getting the best deal on any rental car that you need. There are a ton of different websites that offer up different promo codes that you can use online and most of them really work! So that is something that you should consider when you are looking to rent a car.
The next thing that you should think about is calling up the rental car offices that you are choosing between and inquiring about the discounts that they are offering right at that moment. To be honest, most of the rental car companies are realizing that people need to save money and are offering up all sorts of promotions and specials right now.
Finally – look for specials, especially if your dates are flexible. Try to be as flexible as possible when you are booking a rental car and you could save a lot of money in the long run!
